Is there any chance you could allow 2 workstations per license? In my case a single person switching back and forth between recording and mixing machines that share the same VST pool.

Would the plugin still function if it can't connect to Cherry Audio? What would happen to our ability to use the plugin if Cherry Audio should ever close up shop?
