Not suggesting free modules, just a value-add. The value-add affects the perceived value of VST by Cherry -vs- others and they often focus on price. Other VST makers also offer discounts.

if you buy Softube model 72 you get breakout modules for modular (same for model 84). Why don't Cherry do this for their synths?

Very interesting. CA claim the low price doesn't mean low quality. (It doesn't have to, I picked up bx_oberhausen for about $20). But they have outsourced quality assurance on this. They should reward you for doing their job for them. And I agree it is still easy to find nasty artifacts.

10 year old UHE ACE sounds much better. Korg arp odyssey VST sounds a generation ahead of CA2600 is terms of analog emulation.

Is the same math issue present in the SynthVoice filter? I assume they share a lot of common code and it is not accident the first 2 instruments in VM are the first two VST. To my ears CA2600 is not even in the same league as Korg Odyssey VST in terms of analogue modelling. CA2600 sounds years behin...
