Yes I have and I think it sends midi clock outside VM. I would like to get VM to be synced to form external clock (a DAW as a master and VM as a slave).
Because I can't sync VM as plugin in Cubase 10 (another post) I thought I can use it in standalone mode synced to midi clock from Cubase.

Yea, incompatible with Reason and not functioning properly in Cubase - my two main Daws

Unfortunately, this solution is not good because the delay varies depending on whether track is monitored, record armed or not. I'm wondering if Cherry Audio will consider this problem or if we have to report it somewhere to support.
