Re: Remote Control Utility is like a kick in the teeth

Thx for the reply, and the insight you have. The strategy in this case has failed. I have not and won't be upgrading any further, not out of spite but simply put I could use those modules, but it's too expensive for what it is. Price is subjective and relative to income, and has a big influence on m...

CV input to volume module

There is some fundamental examples missing in the develope examples, having made a volume module from the Programmer's Guide which works fine, I now want to turn it into something more useful, and to expand it to have more features. Bypass function, panning, cv input, spring to mind. Nowhere in the ...

Re: Octagon

Something like this will work
Multiple sequencers, 3 in this example. DC to provide a constant voltage, 1x8 switch to say what order to play the sequancers, start and stopping them. Sync Operator and some Clock Dividers to get them in time and to push the 1x8 switch along in steps..

Re: Step Sequencing example?

I understand that Cherry don't want a deluge or repetitive modules all doing the same thing. At the same time this is too restrictive to help people learn. So +1 for more examples, least a very basic 8 bar drum synth, or step sequencer to look into.

Remote Control Utility is like a kick in the teeth

I'm suprised as a new customer this isn't part of core ? It's like you just bought software and needing to pay for an immediate upgrade. Does anyone know the reasoning behind this ? I'm also suprised at Octagon and Sampler II and Random Task not being part of core. but the focus for me really is the...

1st patch "Madness"! VST sync in Cakewalk

I was struggling to sync the daw (cakewalk) to the VM while running as VST, so got though it in the end, with multiple clock dividers, so posting more to help anyone else struggle with this.
