Indeed, Rings is not very clear showing what is happening inside. Because of that I was hoping there would be a clone for Voltage, like there is for Modular, and avoid taking the difficult way.

That indeed seems a buffer issue. What I normally do is make a difference between recording/playing settings and mixing settings. So far I found that its the Enveloper that blocks the sound, althoug I can see from the LEDs the signal is moving theough the module. When I change it for the ADSR Poly everything works as expected.
