Would you be able to send me a project file for Samplitude that I can open so we have the exact same scenario?

I can load VM on an aux bus and get sound.
Not sure if that is what you are unable to do, let me know.

I have Samplitude Pro-X 2 and 4 but not 3.
Can you give me steps to try to run VM as an aux send as you are trying to do?

Hi Eddie, I just tested VM on my mac and the audio input seems to work fine here.
I plugged in a set of USB headphones w/mic and ran a cable from input to output, got sound right away.

We try to keep cpu usage to a minimum. Hopefully it will get better with every build.

Hi, it will work without internet connection after your initial login, but you cannot download new modules.
I am not sure why you are having a connection issue. Try turning off anti virus and hardware firewall in your router.
