Re: Introducing the DCO-106 Polyphonic Synthesizer!
Insta-buy last night. It sounds so great! The Juno 106 was my first synth and I've always loved it. Using the DCO 106 makes me feel like it's in front of me again - it really sounds superb with a MASSIVE bottom-end when using the sub-osc or the filter resonance. Great work Cherry Audio!!!!

Re: Transport Controls on Stand Alone (and Hello!)
@greg For Standalone users (myself included) then in this context most patches would be clock driven. In actual fact, in VCV almost ALL of my patches start with a Clock generator, distributing divided/multiplied clocks to sequencers, S&H, drum modules, LFOs and delays. I've already documented my...

Re: Tuner?
Same here. I run standalone with integrated hardware driving VM. Currently I have to use the host module to bring in a VST, which kinda spoils the flow. @andro I’ll definitely be customer number one - let me know if you need any testing done ahead of release - whenever that is! For reference VCVs Ho...

Re: Tuner?
Hi @Captain @Andro,
Yes, I'm looking for a monophonic tuner (like a guitar tuner) so I can tune oscillators, sub-oscillator and filters (including external audio sources) correctly.
Examples:
https://library.vcvrack.com/NYSTHI/HotTuna
https://www.meldaproduction.com/MTuner
Hope this helps?

Tuner?
I don't see a native Tuner module in VM - other than using a VST host or an Andrew Macaulay module (CV Note) that works somewhat but it's not the main point of his module. Does anyone know of any native modules for this? Tuning oscillators, filters (self-modulation) etc - all needs a tuner - and ide...

@andro - pretty sure I wasn't proposing anything mandatory.

FR: Patch cable colour scheme(s)
Omri Cohen's excellent YouTube videos and resources, as well as the seminal "Patch and Tweak" book both advocate and implement patch-cable colour-schemes that serve to make understanding patches easier and make complex patches easier to manage and 'debug'. Red: Audio Yellow: CV Blue: Modul...

Re: VM2 - Hardware synth CV/Clock connectivity
@seal58. I didn’t even notice the button to enable the link, I just instinctively patched the Out from the top section into the bottom to further divide the clock! I guess the indicator light is activated by the patch I made. So it looks like the cable isn’t required. Both have the same effect - to ...
