Fifth Dimension Phaser Factory updated to Build 3

I've just finished a quick update to the Fifth Dimension Phaser Factory.

Now, the front panel knobs have smoothing added to them. This ensures that 'zipper noise' does not occur on sudden changes to knob position. Zippering can also happen if they're being voltage-controlled via Remote Control or R_Ware Control.

The update should happen automatically within your library next time you launch VM.
