Scapegrace captures its inputs in a buffer (currently 16 seconds long) and then randomly replays sections of that buffer, randomly applying reverse, double speed, pitch modulation and panning effects to the replays. Up to 16 sections of the buffer can be replaying at once, and the replays can be fed back into the buffer.
It can add gently arrhythmic delays to a solo instrument performance...or it can generate a whirling maelstrom of noise.
I hope to make it generally available (subject to approval by Cherry Audio, the makers of Voltage Modular, who have the final say over what does and doesn't make it into the module store) fairly soon.
