Backing up stared list and user presets

Somehow I lost my stared presets list and im also wondering how to backup my user modified presets?
Any ideas on those 2 things be a disaster to loss either.

Not sure where they'd be located on a Mac, but on Windows 10 they're in the directories Factory Presets and Presets under

c:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Voltage\

The Presets folder has the user presets beneath it.

By default on the Mac it's under Users/the users login name/Library/Application Support/CherryAudio/GX-80/Presets
