Screen Tearing Issue on Secondary UWHD Monitor

With the new version, there appears to be some tearing happening on one of my two monitors. I have a Dell UWHD secondary screen and a 1080p Dell multi-touch primary screen on DisplayPort (using chaining of the DP monitors) from the on-board graphics on an Intel Core i9-9900K. Attached are screen video grabs from both monitors to show the issue.
