Octave CAT name ownership.

Hi all of Cherry audio,

First of all, I appreciated that you made so wonderful reincarnation of The Cat. I love it so much!! You did a great job.

Most emulations doesn't have same name as the original's becauase of licens, patents, and copyrights. For example Arturia Mini V, U-He Repro-1 are the case. But Octave Cat has almost same appearance with original The CAT. Better yet,it has exactly same name plate 'Octave The Cat' and logo. Anyways I like this way.

Regarding, the name: Octave The Cat, Did Cherry Audio acquire the name from original owner?
I also noticed 'Octave-Plateau is a trademark of Cherry Audio' on your website. So it seems that Cherry Audio acquired the names, Octave The Cat, and Octave-Plateau. I'm just curious about that.



I'm also thinking the next product might be Octave Plateau Voyetra 8.
