Coder - documentation?

I'm interested in the "Coder" module but I can't find the documentation.
The website that is linked in the shop doesn't seem to work.

I reached out to the developer last August about an issue with one of his modules. But all I got was radio silence. I think he's dropped out.

Coder seems to be non-functional, so we're going to hide it from the store.
