Kobol... From France like me !
On the Kobol (I have the Behringer version) you can modulate the waveform continuously, e.g. with an LFO or ENV. The input above the potentiometer is for the modulation source...

The "Laboratory Vector Processor" is very interesting for me, I bought it. Perfect for my purposes. Thank you MRB!

But maybe it would also be a suggestion to program such an oscillator

I went searching thru the oscillators I own for one that has a dial/switch to choose the waveform and I found nothing. All of them have separate outputs for each waveform. That said, if you can find an oscillator that lets you select a waveform like on your Kobol, but there's no CV input to modulate the selection, you can use R_Ware's Control or Cherry's Remote Control to overcome that limitation.

The Miniverse Oscillator has a wave selector switch, exactly like the Miniverse / Minimoog.

Pink Flight has a switch to select between Sawtooth, Pulse and Triangle.

Bully Beef has a continuous mix between Osc 1 and Osc 2. This can create quite interesting waveforms, especially when you invert Osc 2.

Thank you udtgrant!
the free micro-oscillator from "synthetic future XR_ware" works very well in conjunction with the R-Ware control [thx to huggermugger]. The miniverse oscillator makes it a little bumpier, so 2nd place.

regarding the free Synthetic Future x R_Ware Micro Oscillator, you can also use the CV input directly below the Waveform knob to continuously morph between saw - square - triangle - sine. even at audio-rate ;)
you might want to use an attenuverter to control the range of the CV.

Thank you DMT for the linear crossfader. For those who don't know or see the difference - here is a picture...

Is there a module that can modulate the waveforms of the oscillator continuously?
Not sure what your goal is. If its to morph through different shapes so as to change the harmonic content, maybe the Super Oscillator might help. Multiple CV inputs can be used to morph (modulate) the shape/harmonic content.

A quick YouTube video demonstrating stereo vector processing of a single stock CA Oscillator module's separate waveform outputs.

It uses six instances of the Linear Crossfade module and two Mini LFOs to perform the wave mixing (three for each stereo side).
