New song with GX-80, Elka-X & Quadra to check out!

Post by aaron aardvark »

I put a new song in my music website called "To Be My Goal"; it's the song on top. It has Cherry Audio GX-80, Elka-X, and Quadra synths, and some non-Cherry synths. Please tell me how you like the song and how it can be improved, and I can return the favor if you wish. Here is my link:

Pit,
Thank you for listening and commenting, I appreciate it! If you are not keen on repetition in rock (or pop) music, don't listen to 'Born in the USA', even though it was a big hit for Bruce Springsteen. The same keyboard chords repeat every 4 seconds. Through the entire song. Sometimes stuff like that is catchy. At the other end of the spectrum, some music has constantly changing chords; and very often, music like that doesn't have much of a hook because there is no repetition. Music is purely subjective. Different people like different styles.
