Miniverse newby programming controller

Post by comsax1 »

I love my new miniverse, really fat. The first thing that I want to do is program my Arturia Keystep Essential Mk3 to change patches from the controller. Miniverse doesn't offer midi learn for this, but I want to know if I can do it by programming the controller via a cc number. If this is possible, what is the patch change increment, and decrement cc number to accomplish this. Thanks :D

On my PC Miniverse accepts MIDI program change commands (including those sent from my usb controller).

Under Settings - Interface, I have "MIDI Program Changes Should Change Current Preset" enabled (checked). Do you have that checked?

If not, maybe your controller doesn't send those out.

PS: I just looked it up in the Miniverse User Guide:
MIDI Program Changes Should Change Current Preset- Allows MIDI program change messages to change Miniverse patches.
