Hi,
This is a bit annoying. I reached out to you via mail to support@cherryaudio on September 27th. On December 4th you answered that you were sorry about the mail getting stuck in your system somehow. Can happen. Ok. Since then I updated the request two times an heard nothing.
When working with Modular in Studio One and automating a knob, the automation track switches of itself. As if you were using the mouse to change the automated knob (that also deactivates the automation track on purpose).
The Studio One team points out, that the VSTi Voltage sends "wrong messages" to the DAW (see screenshot attached).
Here is the post in their forum (I guess you have to be logged in to see it): https://forums.presonus.com/viewtopic.p ... 05#p217805
See a mp4-video with the failure occuring two times here: https://mega.nz/#!Mg03xCBL!h0ePcVfV7duX ... F0WaSGrvpc
What can I do?
Best,
Mortis
