Modules not downloading

Logged in and began download of modules. 15 mins later yellow status text on the bottom is saying "downloading images" but it is stuck on 0%. When I attempt to add a module it says it has not downloaded hit refresh.....where is the refresh button?

Found the Refresh button, its on the top right of the library (to the right of search).
Have hit it several times now and no luck. Rebooted program and each time I log in it downloads my modules then gets stuck on 0% trying to download images.

My computer specs are:
MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012)
2.5 GHz Intel Core i5
4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB
OSX El Capitan

We're not sure why you had this problem, but we're glad to hear that the issue was solved when you hit the Clear Cache button in your preferences. Please let us know if it happens again!

The problem is not resolved.
I hit the clear cache button to check it was functioning and it appears to be working ok. I then hit the log button above and it is not working.
Therefore the software is currently not working for me as I cannot complete the download of the modules.

Hmm mine (VM 2.9.2) gets stuck on 36%.

Will try the delete cache option.
