I did not follow this theme from beginning, but I'm a bit confused because of the cabeling of Clock Divider.
At the same time second stage is fed by first stage output as well as by linked input. Is that really wanted?

@seal58. I didn’t even notice the button to enable the link, I just instinctively patched the Out from the top section into the bottom to further divide the clock! I guess the indicator light is activated by the patch I made. So it looks like the cable isn’t required. Both have the same effect - to increase the range of the division.

YES!
this is brilliant, following the examples above I am able to use clock out on my BSP to Voltage Modular, and it's so great. Rock solid timing from a hardware sequencer to a computer.... I can hardly believe my ears. hahaha
And for now, until I get a sound card with more inputs, I just use the MIDI CC #s for play / stop / record etc. as suggested to me by Koshdukai. Works fine.
I'm already having great fun!
