plugins from the (mini)plug-in host window still not pass the keyboard messages to the host at least 'space' would be nice... win10/2.2.3/VST3

Hi,

This is a Windows issue. Plugins are running as separate Windows applications, and there's no way for Windows to "know" that the keyboard strokes should be passed to a separate application. The plugin itself could possibly be programmed to respond to those keyboard commands as well.

RC was a standalone program prior to the v4 and it has run inside(or opened from) a VST wrapper, from their manual

You can send some key presses to the VST host even if
the RapidComposer window is on top, to start playback

anyway don't know how the keyboard event flow goes inside Voltage "plugin-in host" can be a space (and/or other)keys optionally captured and send back to host DAWs instead of passing to the VST plugins but would be handy
