Active MIDI inputs section can become too small

I have this same issue (overly small MIDI device checkbox dialog) when I have audio device configurations with 4-device active output and 4-device active input checkbox dialogs showing. (Images available on request.)

Okay, gotcha. I didn't have enough audio devices to duplicate the problem. Thanks for reporting this, I'll pass it along!
