Personal Use Licence does not seem to allow use in Voltage Modular

I'm not sure, maybe this only works with the paid version and not withe the free version of the module designer.

The Publish dialog does not appear. I have a video screen capture showing this, which I have reduced to 50% to allow it to upload. This should show you want the behaviour is.

The same situation here. I can click on the 'publish' menu item, but the dialog window doesn't appear.

I guess something has changed 'under the hood' as it works ok now - for me at least

You are correct. We fixed some accounts that had downloaded/installed Module Designer earlier on before we made it free. (=

Just to say thanks to the support team - this was sorted by them making a change to the licence at their end to allow the personal use publishing.
