Voice assign problems

Hello,

I'm having trouble with the voice assign. I can only play 1 note at a time. The number of voices is set to 16, but it cannot be changed. It is set to poly 1 and I can't choose poly 2, mono and uni. I already reinstalled it but that didn't help either.

Hi,

Go into General preferences and turn off the option called "Enable MPE," then restart the software.
