Importing SVG

I thought it was too good to be true. The VMD Test Client just closes without even throwing an exception. I'll do a few checks but this is not looking great.

OK although everything compiles just fine, when it enters the PNGTranscoder constructor it never coming back. No exception is thrown it just kills the test client.

Oh, well... Back to something more constructive...
