Okay, I first try "after the grid", then "before the grid." (When a note crossed a beat, it can be a challenge.)
"Micro timing for every note" is easier since it can be done without adding a new grid UI.
Then,
>a third view
It can be done by adding a state to the "CV/Prob" switch. Currently, the switch which changes the view of the grids between CV and Probability mode has two states and it will be three.
Another concern is a format of the value. Is it better to have discrete value (like 10%, 25%, 50%, 75%) or it should have continuous value (like ±1.0%~99.0%)?

Maybe increments of 5% would be more than enough, and easier to use than 0~100% ?
Three states switch seems like an elegant solution !

Thanks for sharing your thought.
I want to do it before long.

I cannot find G4 in quantized mode... is this a bug, or a problem with my system?

Hi,
Sorry for inconvenient.
You can set finer value by "Drag with RMB" on the grid.
First, set rough value with LMB click, then fine-tune with RMB drag.
Currently, it can happen on any of zoom setting because the size of grid is relatively small compared to its internal voltage value.

Yes, that works fine - thank you!

The micro timing function works great and is cleverly implemented !
Having fun introducing subtle wonkiness and groove into rhythm.
I wonder why not more sequencers have this feature. Swing only ?? Come on !
I made a short demo at this other post :

Well done M*4 !

Thanks!
You're much more skilled Vari-stepper than me.
"Before the grid" timing can make nice wonky beats and there must be a lot of fun!
