I noticed that - after exporting wave files from FL Studio - voltage modular has 0,005 seconds of delay.

I tested against a sample (short closedhihat) and it shows up at 0,000 and VM at 0,005.
I tested VM against VST Polysix of Korg. Korg shows at 0,000 and VM at 0,005.
I tested VM in reaper (to rule out if FL was the problem), VM starts again recording at 0,005.
I tested different patches, a basic synth (oscillator>envelope>amp), several synths with internal VM sequencers.
I think this is quite a issue. How can I fix this?

I have consulted two other users, one of the uses Ableton, and they both experience this issue. I guess the pdc time of VM is 0,005 off.

The problem arises when you try to export a pattern to a loop. It doesnt loop then. When it starts 0,005 later the end is also 0,005 short. In other words, you miss 0,005 in the end. It might be less significant because its just 0,005 but still you can tell the timing isnt correct.

Could you please look into this issue.

A few questions:

1. Are you running a win or mac setup?
2. Which versions of VM are you using?

Ok - long story short. When I make a new patch in a blank cabinet: no problem occurs. When I recall a preset patch, I get that 0,005 timing issue.
Also with Cherry Patches. I tested that just to rule out my own bad cabeling.

I also downgraded FL Studio to rule out that too becasue I never noticed the timing issue before.

I am totally lost. I just wasted 2 hours this evening to try and find out what's happening.

@dasmode could you do me a favour and do the same test using a preset patch you saved?

Are you using the vst2 or vst3 version? I am really puzzled.

I tested it again. Upper (left) hannel is a preset patch from cherry, lower is a just designed simple synth. I am clueless.
