Global/Manufacturer Property

I see in the docs there are...

• Get/Set Global Property

• Get/Set Manufacturer Property

What are the scope of these?

I'm guessing...

• global property = all instances of this module can see this property

• and manufacturer property = all modules from this manufacturer can see this property

Is that correct?
