Envelope times do not correspond to tool tip values

I've noticed that the envelopes seem to be much shorter than the value displayed in the tooltips.
Example below, with the patch I used:
As you can see, the entire envelope is over in less than 2 seconds, and the decay stage on its own is should be over 2000ms. The same goes for the other stages - they appear to be shorter than the stated values.
