Hey guys, I've spent all morning trying to figure out how to use the patterns in the drum trigger sequencer such that they can be automated using Reason's sequencer. I tired putting it into a Combinator and trhen using its programmer to list patterns in it so that I could then attach a Rotary to it to change them. So far, no go as it lists little as available destinations. I tried having Reason in Record mode to see, when manually changing them, they would record a pattern change, but same, no go. Any ideas would be appreciated and think it's got to be possible but have run out of ideas. Thanks, in advance.+

Would VM's MIDI Learn work for what you want to do?

One possibility is to use Mod Wheel, which is easily recorded and automated in a Reason track. I've used an Attenuverter to limit the range to the first 8 patterns.
