Pitch CV range within P.moon modules

Because there is not a defined standard range for pitch CV within VM until now, there have been some discussions about that theme. Some developers let me know, that -2 volts at C0 seems to be a widely common state.
So I changed tone range at P.moon CV Meter from "-3 to +5" to "-2 to +8".
P.moon CV Source 8x still provides a -3 v offset too. If users would find it helpful to get it changed to -2 v, please let me know.
