Controlling Vibrato

Posted this in the Eight-Voice subforum by mistake, and didn't want it to go to waste. (Lesson learned, no posts until the first cup of coffee has gone thru).
- Patch the AFTERTOUCH or MOD WHEEL into the control input of a VCA.
- Feed your vibrato LFO through the VCA and then into the FREQ MOD of your OSC.
- Set the CV AMOUNT of the VCA to max.
- Play a note, and raise your Mod Wheel to maximum or push down for maximum aftertouch.
- Adjust the FREQ MOD of the OSC to set the maximum vibrato depth.
- You'll have to fiddle with the CV AMOUNT on the VCA and the FREQ MOD amount on the OSC, depending on how sensitive your controller's aftertouch is. You might also compare LIN and EXPO RESPONSE on the VCA.
