recording improvements

Two things I'd like to see in the Recording section:
- a timer, so you can see how long a recording is and also locate interesting things more easily.
- the option to autoname recordings using the project name and maybe a numeric incrementer, like ProTools does.

I agree, although I would like to retain the ability to specify a filename at save time.

i wish to use 'only VM' for live performance and other works.
