Minor improvement to Chord Memory

The Chord Memory module included in the Granular Synth and LSSP XL bundles has been updated to build #17.

The update makes the module easier to use when all you want is a monophonic pitch CV source.
The BASS OUT socket outputs the lowest pitch of any notes selected so you've always been able to use the module as a mono pitch CV source but it was previously a bit fiddly to change the bass note as the built-in virtual keyboard always operated in polyphonic mode.
Now if the BASS OUT socket is connected but the CHORD OUT socket is not connected (and the RECORD button is disengaged) then the module assumes that it's just being used as a simple monophonic pitch CV source - therefore a mouse click on the little virtual keyboard will reset any old notes, automatically making sure that only one note is selected at a time.
