Improved scale modules in LSSP

New versions of the LSSP Major, Minor, Blues and Modal Scale modules have just been released.

They now use more conventional note names. These appear as yellow text labels for each pitch and they update automatically depending on the key used.

Thanks to Greg from the Netherlands for pushing this up my agenda. It's something I'd meant to sort out a while back but never got around to it.

Also a bug in the S-Poly output of the Chromatic Scale module has been fixed.
