s/h component hw diff and possible enhancement

On the MS-20 the S/H component is more of a gate and hold: while it's control input is high it passes through the Input to the Output. It doesn't hold until the control signal goes low. This is both a source of annoyance if you really want a traditional edge-triggered s/h and lovable quirk. In a typical s/h noise driving filter cutoff arrangement controlled by the MG pulse wave, you get a burst of noise at the output while the MG pulse is high. Though nontraditional, it can be kinda cool.
In the PS-20 implementation it's an edge-triggered S/H sampling and holding the Input when Control goes from low to high. Useful, but it loses the lovable quirkiness of the original gate and hold functionality. Would it be possible to add this as a switch option in the S/H component?
