P.moon Switches, new poly versions

New builds of P.moon Switch 1 to 8 and Switch 8 to 1 are published.
Version changes:
- Main code was optimzed in order to reduce CPU load.
- Two knobs are added near CV select input jack.
With these knobs you can set voltage range for channel select CV. Left one sets minimal CV, right one maximal voltage for channel 1 to 8 selection.
Knob defaults are 0 (cv Min) and 4.0 (cv Max) and match manufacturer's internal settings in previous versions.
Owners of mono versions will get the updated versions automatically next time when they update their module library in Voltage Modular.
