Can i use cherry audio plugins live with out an internet connection?

If i use these on stage will they work without a internet connection?

I want to use them live...

Yes, when these plugins have been activated once before.
That means, at first use after installation there will be further software dowloads from CA server in order to complete installation and activation. After that the product can be used without internet connection.
