Thank you for giving us this module for free.
This module is very unique, because Gray Code is rather unknow altough it is very common in absolute angle/length encoders.
For musical purposes I would use it for chord series. So some further features may be useful:
- Preset knob to select a preset value from 0 to 255
- Input jack for a Reset/Preset trigger
- Backward Clik input jack

Gray Code - Feature Request
Re: Gray Code - Feature Request
Hi Roland,
Hope you're enjoying the module!
I've added a VALUE jack where a -5v to 5v signal corresponds to 0 to 255, so sending in an LFO gives you interesting patterns (but does sort of go against the point of the Gray Code to begin with, but it sounds good!)
I'm not sure about the preset knob for this particular case, but based on this module and looking at a range of ideas based on the concept of converting a signal into an 8-bit number, then splitting out those individual bits. I'm having some fun using the 8-bit values as sequences, and sending in related numbers each bar to get anew sequence,m such as the below:
Coming soon... hopefully!

Re: Gray Code - Feature Request
Hi Daniel,
that looks good.
While playing with this module I've got some further ideas. It seems to be too much for more features in your Gray Code module. It might be better for me to create an own module. I'll think about that.
