Sync does not sync

I'm using SYNC not for a long time yet, so I wanna ask users here before contacting CA support.

I've installed all my CA products manually on my old Win10 PC. Since Dec 2023 I also use a Win11 PC. After bying it, I installed all my CA products on it manually too. Only in July 2024 I also installed SYNC (1.0.23) on the new PC.

Shortly I've got Harmonia Synthesizer and installed (and activated) it on the old PC first. Than I started SYNC on my new PC and let it "Sync with Server".
After doing that I appreciated to see "Harmonia" in section "Instruments", but neither there nor in section "Store"Harmonia" can not be found.

I would assume that SYNC would recognise "Harmonia" as missing on the PC and ask me to install it.

Did anybody see such behaviour of SYNC too?

That sounds like an issue worth looking into, but may be isolated to your particular account and/or machines. Please reach out to Support with details at https://cherryaudio.kayako.com/conversation/new so that they can look behind the scenes, and get logs from you if needed. Thanks!

Hello Robert,

thank you for your hint. Today SYNC recognized Harmonia as owned product and asked me for installation. So it seems that someting went wrong last week.
Anyhow I'll post the logs to CA support.
