Chroma Not Showing in SYNC

I purchased my Chroma today, 19 September, runs fine, great job as always, but it is not showing up in my Cherry Audio Sync app. I'm using Windows 11 Asus gaming laptop, 64bit. I also purchased Blue 3 a few days ago and that is displaying in the Sync app. Any ideas. Is there a delay between purchase and showing in the app?
