Mutable AKA Audible still upcoming?

Are the Mutable Instruments AKA Audible Instruments modules still upcoming or was I mistaken about them being in the works? I really want Rings/Plaits/Clouds/Beads/Marbles or something very similar like they have in VCV Rack 2. I now also own the basic version of Softube Modular that has an addon of "Braids" which is the original version of Plaits and also Clouds.

One option would be to buy the commercial version of VCV and run it in Cherry's PluginHost. But that would put limits on your CV routing options.

Although it's an option I so much prefer not to load a big bloated although wonderful VCV GUI into another modular GUI just for Cherry stuff. I know already you can do hosting internally but I was just hoping someone could tell me if/when there's more Mutable/Audible coming. I think NRGZR78 made what was it called Razor or something which is an imitation of one of the Mutable dual filters with dual saturation on it that's unique. NRGZR78 are you here are you working on more Mutable stuff?

Emilie Gillet's open source code is readily available.

See https://github.com/pichenettes/eurorack

Although the code is well written and documented, it is designed for implementation on a low-power microcontroller rather than the kind of CPU we find in a modern PC or Mac. This means the code is highly optimized and uses a lot of low-level C++ techniques such as pointer arithmetic and look-up tables created by python scripts for tasks that something like an STM32 would struggle with.

The VCV Rack ports will have been relatively easy to implement as they will reuse much of the C++ code as is, regardless of it not really being designed for a PC or Mac environment.

Porting to Java would be a much more difficult task as pointers aren't supported in Java (for good reason). Someone familiar with both C++ and Java could do the port but it would be extremely tedious work. I've thought about doing it but can't find the motivation to re-engineer other people's work. It might sell fairly well but there's no creative appeal for me personally and I can barely keep up with my existing workload.

If I wanted access to MI behaviour in VM I'd run Surge XT (which is free) inside a Plugin Host as most of the good stuff is then available, it's just renamed - so for instance Plaits is called Twist and Clouds is called Nimbus. Granted, this isn't as neat as having direct access to modules would be.

My SYRUP filter, both mono and poly versions is inspired by Mutable's Ripples filter and provides additional features. Ripples was analog. Also part of the LUXURY FILTER BUNDLE.

Nrgzr78 himself stated that Razors was "not a port" of Mutable Blades.

I strongly suspect that the same applies to all the modules within the Malleable Instruments Bundle.

I didn't know that. Cool.
