Notify events when adding a new module

Hi
I rely on Notify events to initialize SmoothValues for most of my modules. Before 2.0 I relied on all control events being triggered when adding a new module instance. This does not seem to be working anymore (easy workaround by just adding it to the init of course). Is this a change in 2.0 or have I just never noticed it before?
